Are property taxes too high?

We had a event at Sue's house when we all started bitching about property taxes. The "Public Face" of United Communities

Paul White, Mikki Anaya and myself met on communication strategies for advancing the agenda of United Communities and the general public's participation in United communities. So how can we increase the participation in the organization?  How can we show the value in joining?  How can we maintain consistent public policy positions?  How can we interact with other organizations such as the League of Women Voters?

Vision as a part of Planning

In our "Review Workshop" of March 4th, Jay of Tesuque, talked about "Vision." How it is essential in any planning document and how our process has sort of gloss over this point. Jay said he had a breakthrough day in 'feeling' where the Sustainable Living Plan needs to go. Notice the new name. Even in the Bible it says that "without a Vision the people shall perish."
