Are property taxes too high?

We had a event at Sue's house when we all started bitching about property taxes. Paul White, Mikki Anaya and myself met on communication strategies for advancing the agenda of United Communities and the general public's participation in United communities. So how can we increase the participation in the organization?  How can we show the value in joining?  How can we maintain consistent public policy positions?  How can we interact with other organizations such as the League of Women Voters?
